This is a medium roast single origin coffee. The Costa Rican is on the darker end of the medium roast spectrum than the Ethiopian. This coffee really does well in a pour over or Chemex to brew, however, you can pull great espresso from it too. Very jammy and full body with berry, dried fruit, caramel, cinnamon, and some chocolate. Very smooth throughout, no bitterness of acidity with a great finish at all temperatures.
