As I finished up roasting yesterday evening I did some math to figure out the square footage of my old roastery. After googling a square footage calculator I plugged in the numbers and got 135 square feet!

A 135 square foot space is what Viking Coffee has grown from thanks to you all who’ve shared, drank, gifted, and supported this brand! Seriously, this would not be possible without you.

This month Viking Coffee will be operating out of a new 480 square foot facility. With an additional 345 square feet we’re going to be able to help you and your coffee needs/addictions.

This upgrade is being done to better provide all you coffee customers a better experience when purchasing and to other provide you with helpful content to improve your coffee game. This will also provide you the possibility of coming in and seeing the roasting process, trying out coffees, and learning hands on! 2019 is coming to a close in less than a month but we’re gonna keep kicking ass and bring damn good coffee to all you coffee heads out there in 2020 and beyond.
